NOTE: Due to the end of the year sale, we are experiencing a delay to process all the packages. It can take up to 5 days to ship out your package. We ask you not to spam our customer support with e-mails; if you are missing your track & trace code, let them know and they will provide it for you!
- Are all sneakers new? Yes, we take pride in offering our customers only 100% authentic and brand-new sneakers. You can shop with confidence knowing that every pair of sneakers we sell is in pristine condition and has never been worn.
- How to buy a product? Purchasing a product is a straightforward process. First, visit our shop page, where you’ll find a wide selection of sneakers to choose from. Browse through our collection and select the product you’d like to purchase. Simply click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your cart. Once you’ve added all the desired items, proceed to the checkout page. At the checkout, you can securely complete your purchase using a credit card. Rest assured, your payment information is handled with the utmost care and security.
- What is the delivery time? Our standard delivery time for products is 10-16 business days. We strive to get your sneakers to you as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Please note that delivery times may vary during extreme sale periods.
- What if it takes more than the estimated delivery time? If your order has not yet arrived after a maximum of 20 business days; please contact us and we will help you track down your order. Unfortunately; there is always a small chance that your order gets lost or stuck at border control.
- I can’t track my order. Is your tracking-number not working? This can have a variety of reasons. Please contact our support team and we will help you as soon as possible.
- I want to cancel my order. Please contact us within 30 minutes of ordering your product to cancel the complete order. If 30 minutes have gone by; your order slip has been made and the order can not be canceled anymore.
- What about exchanges & returns? If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return a product, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. They will be happy to assist you with the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our team is here to help ensure that you get the sneakers you love. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will provide you with a shipping label so you can return your products for free!
